Signature Policy
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase at wineoutlet.com. All packages shipped by WineOutlet.com REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with an accurate business or residence shipping address for best service. 

 Wine Outlet will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine or if the person receiving the order is under 21 years of age.

Returns
Any orders that have to be returned must be done 30 days from date of receipt.

If bottles are bad or corked for any reason please send the bottles with the cork. Note : Please make sure not to empty the bottle in case the wine is corked, it is company policy not to accept empty wine bottles and you will not be refunded.

Wine Outlet is not responsible for shipping charges on return orders. Fedex will not ship to P.O.Box addresses.Please put in a valid address.
