Review
"Complex, with structure, grip, wood, and power, the deep, chewy, peppery 2004 Shiraz reveals blackberry and black cherry fruit with dusty, loamy soil notes in the background. Drink it over the next decade." - Wine Advocate
"Deep ruby. Wild, expansive bouquet of red and dark berries, olive and candied licorice. Energetic and bright, with a taut, wound-up character and slowly unfolding raspberry and blackberry flavors accented by licorice and cracked pepper. There's very good depth of flavor here but this very young wine still needs at least a few years of patience. Finishes with sweet berry flavors and youthful tannins." - Stephen Tanzer (IWC)
